Half board itinerary

The Agrigentine land, like the rest of Sicily, is culturally rich as well as artistically. With its Castello Incantato, it is a unique place populated by thousands of heads carved in the rock, branches and trunks of olive trees created by Filippo Ventimiglia, a true artist with an immense creative capacity one of the main exponents of art brut or outside art. The tour continues with the visit to the Scala dei Turchi in Realmonte, constituted by an impressive white rock wall (cliff) that stands overlooking the sea, tourist attraction of excellence, candidate UNESCO heritage. Planned overnight stay in Agrigento in 4 star hotel.
The next day will follow the visit to the Valle dei Templi and to Piazza Armerina, beautiful city of art which boasts a long series of monuments that recount a glorious past. The flagship of the town is the Villa Romana del Casale, dating from the end of the 4th century a.C. belonged to a powerful Roman family. Magnificent rural home whose charm is mainly due to the enchanting mosaics, considered the most beautiful and best preserved in their kind.
