A dive into art

At the end of the Nebrodi stands Castel di Tusa, in a small and picturesque seaside village with its white beaches and inimitable works of art. An unmissable stage of the route is the Fiumara d'arte: an outdoor museum consisting of eleven works by contemporary artists located along the banks of the river Tusa. The hike is enriched by a visit to the gorges of Tiberius, a small canyon that has always been locally said Mirícu. The gorges, a kind of narrow passage wedged in the earth, are about 200 meters long and have walls up to 15-20 meters high, a real spectacle that always give new and spectacular views.
